————— Head Clinicians —————

Our head clinicians are extensively trained in the Othmer Method of neurofeedback under the guidance of its founders. They oversee all cases at Montana Health Collective Neurofeedback and collaborate to develop personalized protocols for each client.

  • Juli Nilson, BS, CNFBS

    Juli Nilson has over twenty years of experience working in behavioral health and a background in both social work and youth engagement. She is a Certified Neurofeedback Specialist. In 2018 she received advanced neurofeedback training in the Othmer Method at the EEG Institute in California. Her training includes Synchrony, Alpha Theta, Trauma and Infra-low Frequency. Juli is experienced and adept at working with children, teens and adults with an emphasis on trauma.

  • Melissa Clater, LCSW, CNFBS

    Melissa Clater is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Neurofeedback Specialist trained in the Othmer Method. She has been working with couples, families, individuals, and kids for 20 years doing psychotherapy and for 7 years doing neurofeedback. Melissa also teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Montana for the Masters of Social Work Program. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices to inform her work and aid her clients on their journey.

  • Aaron Anciaux, LCSW, LAC

    Aaron is Licensed Clinical social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. He has worked and trained with Juli and Melissa in Neurofeedback since 2021. Diversity in understanding and a strong sense of radical compassion allows him to journey with people through their experiences as they seek to become the person they want to be. Neurofeedback has opened new pathways that make different ways of appreciating that journey available.

Amy and Luci are essential members of our Whitefish office, delivering exceptional neurofeedback services under the guidance of our head clinicians.

Together, they bring warmth, expertise, and dedication to our Whitefish office, creating a supportive and healing environment for all.

  • Amy Ridgeway, NFBS

    Amy, the lead neurofeedback technician in our Whitefish office, brings extensive experience working with children, individuals, and families through Montessori education and community engagement. Since beginning neurofeedback training in 2022, she has developed a deep understanding of the practice. Known for her compassion and expertise, Amy effortlessly puts clients at ease, creating a supportive and welcoming environment.

  • Luci Ridgeway, NFBS

    Meet Luci, the newest addition to our team! Based in our Whitefish office, she recently earned her Associate’s degree and is now working toward a Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Montana. With a deep passion for helping others heal and grow through neurofeedback, Luci is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. We're thrilled to welcome her aboard!
